One-point perspective drawing.
I had done it into a studio type residential.
Actually I have no idea what to place in.
or can say that I have no idea how to design the area given.
It's very simple as u can see in my drawing.
Not much of color scheme applied.
Quite fail for my color pencil rendering also!!

Suggestion from my lecturer :
Colour scheme can be improve.

Assignment 7

" STORY BOARD "
* To show the artist studio's spaces/area
by 2-point perspective drawing.

_________________________________________________________

Story Board Drawing ( Draft )

Media : Drawing Pencil
on A3 Cartridge Paper

This is my draft drawing.
To use our 2-point perspective skill to draw out different area/spaces.
Human scale is a must here!!
To show the eye-level and the scale of the spaces.

The area that I choose to show :
1. Entrance
2. Living
3. Terrance
4. Mezzanine Floor
5. Kitchen
6. Studio

I had draft out the major things in each of the area.
Timber flooring for all those area except terrance.
Terrance will have tiles flooring.

Story Board Drawing ( Final )

Media : Artline Pen

on A3 Tracing Paper

Trace from draft drawing.
Edit / Add in the details part
There's arrow to show the flow/circulation of the area.
Description is to explain those area clearly.
Different thickness of line needed here!
Brightest area will need thinner line.
Darkest area will need thicker line.

Story Board Rendering

Media : Marker

on A3 Marker Paper
Colour Pencil

An extra photocopy on Cartridge Paper for me to try first ♪( ´θ`)ノ
Hmmm... everything look fine here :)
Time to proceed to the final one!!!
Here comes the Marker Paper copy >>>

Kill me please!!!
Everything goes wrong!!!
Its hard to control the Marker when it is on Marker Paper.
Totally different form Cartridge Paper.
Marker Paper have glossy surface.
The ink ... ... goes "too smooth"
I don't know how to explain = =
TRY YOURSELF.
There's only 3 colour scheme used.

Suggestion from my lecturer :
1. Shade + Shadow can be better
2. Practice more to get own rendering strike

_________________________________________________________

Its a good try for me.
Know how to use Marker better!

NOT TO SHOW OFF, BUT SHARING

Hello guys!!
It's time to share to you about my
Assignment 6

Sketching Interior Physical Component
* to draw a 3D shape as a construction line,
base on the shape design a furniture.

Media : Drawing Pencil
on A3 cartridge paper
Colour Pencil (LUNA)

Requirement : 9 Chairs & 9 Tables

Here's my result.
I love using colour pencil even though it takes time :)
I have that patient maybe? Haha...
I like the process of adding up (enhance) the colour layer by layer.
But the most difficult things that I found when drawing these was the shadow.
I have no idea how to draw it
Is my shadow correct?
Please do tell me if there's any mistake.
No comment from my lecturer ♪( ´▽`)

________________________________________________________

Sketching Human Figure & Plants

Requirement : 5 Trees & 5 Human Figure

Media : Drawing Pencil
on A3 cartridge paper
Colour Pencil (LUNA)

As you can see, I had drawn 4 different types of trees.
Actually it should be only one type.
My lecturer didn't mention about that after I had done all of it.
so.... ... He said that it's ok :)
Yay!!! No need to redraw!!!

3 different types of human figure
To try different kind of technique for drawing it.

A ribbon kind of clouds I have here!! (^○^)

Finish up with colour pencil rendering.

No comment for this drawing too!
o(^_^)o

Get all As for these 3 drawings.
But I still think that there's still some improvement to make it better!

My first time of making those small small furniture.
It's quite detail for me..
need more patient!!!
I used more than 24 hours to finish this model!!!
*My door is openable!!! ♪(´ε` )
Actually I made a slab & roof for this artist studio too.
But for photo shooting,
They had been remove to show the interior spaces.

Photography

I'm glad that our university provides a science lab
that's with a "lighting machine"
* I forgot what it calls.. sorry~
It gives different angle of lighting
I had use it wisely to shoot an top view,
side view, 1 focus area & 3 different angle.
The lighting really helps to give the effect shadow.
It's better that you place it below the hot sun to take photo!

p/s : Mr. Kamal borrow us his DSLR to take photo!!!
Thanks x1000000000 !!!
He teach us how to use also :)
hmm... its my first time using DSLR....
Appreciate!

Orthographic Projection (Presentation Drawing)

NOT TO SHOW OFF, BUT SHARING

*can anyone give some comment about my blog design?
where should I improve?
just wish that my blog is easy & comfortable to you to read through :)

Here's come... ...
Assignment 4

"ORTHOGRAPHIC PROJECTION
(PRESENTATION DRAWING)"
*This is actually a drawing by composing
my previous assignment 1 Ground Floor Plan & a Section
in a presentable layout with some description
& colour it!!!

Media : Marker
on A3 Marker Paper
Artline Pen
Colour Pencil
 Drawing Pencil

Steps:
1. Photocopy the previous Ground Floor Plan & Section
(Section A-A chosen)
2. Arrange to them presentable way

I had prepare an extra copy (marker paper)
for any "accidents" / draft♪( ´θ`)ノ
I start with selecting those colour for my drawing & title
How to give a carpet floor finish effect?
SCRIBBLING!! by marker
For timber floor finish / tiles flooring,
use colour pencil to enhance it!
Really best technique right?
Teach by Mr. Kamal (^∇^)
I like the scribbling technique most! It looks pro!!

Improve Part :
1. Need to label the area in plan
2. Colour scheme to control ( too much colour )
3. Combination of colour not much blend

Most Satisfied Part :
TITLE!!!
(colour scheme & design of it)

Two-Point Perspective

NOT TO SHOW OFF, BUT SHARING.

Haloha~~
After the previous 2 assignments that I share to you guys,
did you learn something?
or have any comment on my works/ my blog?
You are welcome to leave a message at the right side column,
To help me improve myself :D
TQVM <3
Let's start the next
(^_−)−☆

Assignment 3

"TWO-POINT PERSPECTIVE"
*A graphical technique in which a three-dimensional object
is represented in two dimensions,
& in which parallel lines in two of its dimensions
are shown to converge towards two vanishing point.

This is a simple way & explanation about the ways to draw
*Copy from others website.

How to draw a 2-point perspective?
* This link will help you to know more about drawing a 2-point perspective.

______________________________________________________

My first try on 2-point perspective!!

Estimating Line Method (draft)

Media : Drawing Pencil
on A3 cartridge paper
Colour pencil
Long Ruler
Scale Ruler
Set Square

Actually what I had learned from my lecturer is more complicated
BUT, it is more criterion/standard.
As you can see, there's grid line as the base of the drawing.
It is to lead us the to draw our interior spaces more easily & clearly.
The space that I choose to draw from the previous assignment is
Kitchen area.
What I had drawn here were just basic elements that needed in a kitchen.

______________________________________________________

Estimating Line Method (finalize)

Media : Artline pen
on Tracing paper

Here comes the detailing parts & finalizing for the kitchen area.
We were asked to trace it back by using free hand-drawing.
I had add on some plants to give some freshness,
detail up the furniture,
some seasoning for cooking,
ceiling & floor design, etc...

But there's still something for me to improve!!
need to add more detail for the furniture (・_・;

______________________________________________________

Photograft Method
* A 2-point perspective picture that found in the internet
which is with Hari Raya celebration,
then, trace it!!! yeah~~~~(^O^☆♪

(Dining Area)

Original photo chosen  from internet.

The final one that I trace on cartridge paper.

Media : Artline Pen
on A3 Cartridge Paper
Drawing Pencil

The most difficult things:
1. Detailing parts of the furniture.
2. Different line thickness that use to represent the shadow part

Thinnest Line    >  Thickest Line
Brightest Area  >  Darkest Area

______________________________________________________

( Living Area )

Original photo chosen  from internet.

The final one that I trace on tracing paper.

Media : Artline Pen
on A3 Tracing Paper (finalize) ,
Drawing Pencil on A3 Paper (draft)

More steps to finish this drawing.
Need to trace on normal A3 paper with pencil,
then trace it back again on tracing paper
by Artline Pen (different thickness).

The most complicated things that to trace this was the window frame.
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||LINES||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Eyes going to "pop out"!!! @@
btw, I done this with my small small patient.
(^_−)−☆

Paraline Projection

Here comes the 2nd. Assignment to share with you guys!!!

"PARALINE PROJECTION"
continue drawing of the artist studio base on the previous plan I had done.
*It is actually an exploded drawing
To show the interior space clearly without exploding the wall.
p/s: This drawing kills me!!!

________________________________________________________

Exploded Drawing (draft)

media: Drawing pencil (Fabel Castel)
on A3 cartridge paper
Complete set square (45°90°)
T-square
Masking tape

Requirement:
1. Separate the space into at least 6 spaces
2. Pull up the mezzanine floor

It was to pull up the drawing from the plan to a 3D drawing.
I started with 3H pencil to draw the construction line
When every space is confirm by my lecturer,
I add up 2B pencil to darken the lines that needed.
*You need to keep your pencil sharp all the time!

  ________________________________________________________

Exploded Drawing (Finalize)

media: Artline pen
on A3 tracing paper
Complete set square (45°90°)
T-square
Masking tape

It is to trace the drawing by using ink pen from the draft drawing.
Is like a finalize drawing to confirm your spaces that you want to show.
*To be careful & have 100% concentration.
Because if I trace it wrongly, is hard for me to erase it.
*Sometimes you will need a cutter to remove the mistakes.
That's why it takes my energy~~~~

I used different thickness of Artline pen to finish this.
Thickest : Exterior wall line & Cut line
Thick : Interior wall line & Opening
Thin : Furniture
Thinnest : Floor finish

Mistakes that I had done :
Forgot to draw the line for glass wall @ terrance area
(-.-;)y-~~~

  ________________________________________________________

hmm...
Learned!! *\(^o^)/*
Thanks to Ms. Norji & Mr. Kamal

Orthographic Projection

After 2 months semester break,
started my degree sem 2 on July 2013.
Is been a long time I didn't draw.

The first topic that learn in Design Communication 2 is
"ORTHOGRAPHIC PROJECTION"

Assignment 1
An artist studio with a mezzanine floor :)

__________________________________________________________________

 Ground Floor Plan

media: Drawing pencil (Faber Castel)
on A3 cartridge paper

This drawing takes a lots of my time to do it!
piew~~~(; ̄O ̄)
mistake happens when we didn't do much practice!!
hmm... suggestion from my lecturer Ms. Norji
(p/s: she just born a baby boy!!!Congratz to her!!! <3 )
1: The construction line at the "A" there should be thicker/darker
2: The small tick at for the measurement should be bigger so that ppl can see it clearly!
3: Mistake on the furniture producing. The line should be thicker than the floor finishes.

____________________________________________________________________

Mezzanine Floor Plan
*intermediate floor just above the ground floor, not consider as a 2nd floor/level

media: Drawing pencil (Faber Castel)
on A3 cartridge paper
A big mistake on this drawing (^_^;)

The line for the floor finishes crossing the furniture!!!
sorry, didn't realize that :P
But still back some praises ♪( ´▽`)
extremely happy when gets others' praise!! (especially lecturer)

Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP)
*A drawing which shows the items that are located on the ceiling of a room or space.

media: Artline Pen
on tracing paper

Forgot to indicate dimension and scale!!!
why am I so blur? @@
